2. ORDERING FROM US

2.1 When booking accommodation via this web site you do so with the individual accommodation provider and not with us. We do not offer accommodation services, we only provide the platform for other providers to advertise their accommodation services. You can only purchase advertising or Taxi services from us and are deemed to place an order with us (i) by ordering via our online checkout

process (ii) when you place a booking for taxi services and intend to pay by cash/cheque (iii) when you register an advertisement with us and intend to pay by cash/cheque. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products/services you have ordered.

2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we send you confirmation of your booking.

2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

(b) if we think we are unable to meet your requirements;

(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3. PRICING

3.1 Our prices include VAT .

3.2 If we begin to charge separately for services like delivery or insurance, the appropriate rates will be set out in a specified pricing structure shown in an additional file when applicable. We currently do not charge for these.

3.3 Our prices are reviewed monthly.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

4.1 If you wish to cancel your booking:

you can notify us through the web site by email or by text or telephone call using the information provided in your booking details.

5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:

6.3 While we endeavour to provide services to your destination in a professional and timely fashion, we will not be liable for any delays due to vehicle breakdown, accident or traffic & road conditions. The person booking the service is responsible for ensuring there is enough time allowed for there journey.

We will have no obligations with respect to such material.
